When booking an appointment we charge a £20 deposit which is offset against your Consultant fee. This is to ensure appointment slots are not wasted.

No. Deposits will be returned in full for appointments cancelled more than 48hrs before the appointment start time.
Simply drop us an email and we’ll action it from the time the email was received (including weekends, and bank hols).
Deposits will not be funded for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or in the case of a no show. -
MediLux has a team of prescribers and a network of Pharmacies, we can arrange for your prescription to be delivered directly to your door. Simple.
